We are seeking individuals who want to  work from home, and provide  Customer Service to our Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services, if needed. You are asked to do the following:  

 - Answer incoming customer calls a professionally

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability etc

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue if necessary

- Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
